self defense lesson 2

so, we'll back for another lesson.
in our attempt to protect ourselves from our enemies...i shalln't name them..but u all shld know who they are...

Self Defense Lesson 2
Lower body
Step No1: kick ur legs up


Step No2: stretch ur legs


Step No3: jump up and down


Step No4: jump and kick hard


Step No5: (special move) run and jump, head aiming at victim's stomach...


okay, practice hard everyone.
next will be some combinations of both upper and lower body workouts.
so in the mean time, practise, prsctise, practise!
Always remember, practise makes perfect.

self defence lessons

Ahhhhhhhemmmmmmmmmmmmm*clears throat*
Sorry about the delay. The long awaited self defence lessons are here!*celebrates*
note that the lessons will be followed by combact fighting! yay! nyahaha*evil laughter*
anyway, on a more serious note, please take care of yourselves when learning these steps (don't choke or cough out any hairballs) while the nano worms are clearing up the furry or hairy mess (hair, fur...all the same to me *shrugs*).
Plus, there will be free hair removal devices for everyone if you have not stocked them up to remove those extra stands stuck to your clothes already...

Anyways, without further delay...
Lesson 1
the upper body training *evil gleam*
take a swipe at your enemy when they irritate you

Step No.1: stretch your arms


Step No.2: stretch and hold


Step No.3: take aim and swipe


Step No.4: Practise all of above. Again. and Again.

Step No.5: crawl real hard and fast. appro. 100 times
don't worriy too much if you can't master this move or the next one. IT'S OKAY.
